  This is a fraudulent organisation. I am happy I am few days away from ending my tenancy with them. Their agents provide customers with false information regarding the properties they rent out when you are viewing the property and unfortunately you may not discover this until you have signed your contract. They never deliver on promises or abide by the terms of Tenancy Agreement. Their property management staff are extremely rude and never repair anything brought to their attention. I hope no one is as unfortunate as I was to make the mistake of renting from them. If you have a deposit with them please insist that they register it with the Deposit Protection Scheme or you may never get it back.
